Raffle items may be donated at any time. These items may be used to help recruit new
participants (example: everyone who has registered by xx/xx/22 is entered for the drawing) or
to encourage fundraising (example: everyone who raised $1,000 gets 5 tickets, everyone who
raised $2,000 gets 15 raffle tickets – etc.
